COL is a good source of information for our HR dept at our head office in the Netherlands. To understand the trends and the rapid increase in rents, continual increases in schooling and living expenses in Dubai and the GCC in general. So the employment packages reflect these increases, are competitive in the market. It is reliable and unbiased source of information.
